**Description:** You will be the Financial Analyst Sr for the IRST Program team\. Our team is responsible for cost management, budgeting, and financial analysis to drive program success\. **What You Will Be Doing** As the Financial Analyst Sr, you will be responsible for performing day\-to\-day cost management activities, including budgeting, cost tracking, and analysis, to support program decision\-making\. You will also forecast financial performance and provide insights to senior management\. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance\. A company\-sponsored interim secret is required to start\. **Basic Qualifications:** \- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education \- Experience with Contract Status Review \(CSR\) process; Long Range Plan \(LRP\) process: forecasting orders, sales, profit, and cash flow \- Experience with budgeting, managing and providing explanation of variances for contracts of various types \- Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy \- Ability to work effectively in a deadline driven environment **Desired Skills:** \- Master’s Degree \- Proficiency in EFS Model or Oracle \- Proficiency in EFS Workbook or COBRA \- Earned Value experience \- Ability to quickly learn job\-specific tools, programs, and processes **Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\. **Clearance Level:** Secret **Other Important Information You Should Know** **Expression of Interest:** By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match\.
