We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Financial Analyst Sr, based in Quimistan, Santa Barbara, Honduras (E-Systems Division). 
As Financial Analyst Senior you will have the opportunity to Ensure the month-end plant close process is successful and confident, be in compliance with fiscal and other government obligations. In quarterly Basis prepare financial reporting to Corporate.                                                                                                                                                                 
 

Your Task will be:

•    In charge of accounting closings.
•    Review of 100% of accounting policies.
•    Preparation of various accounting policies for balance sheets and results.

•    Generate and control monthly closing reports (GL vs Hyperion).
•    Integration of miscellaneous expenses.
•    Intercompany account reconciliations.

•    Responsible for the timely and correct monthly integration of all balance sheet accounts.
•    Coordinate Physical Inventory of Fixed Assets.
•    Active participation and partial coordination of preparation for FOA, SOX audits.

•    Active participation and coordination of preparation for fiscal and tax audits.
 

To be successful in this role you will need: 
•    Education: University Graduate with bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or related discipline.

•    At least 2 - 4 years of experience preferably in accounting or financial experience in Lear Corporation.
•    Knowledge and management of accounting closings. 
•    Knowledge of SOX standards.

•    English Intermediate.
•    Proven Analytical, Communications and Leadership skills.
