Description:We are Lockheed Martin

This position will report to the F-35 Sr Business Manager for Sustainment contracts and will be the responsible business manager for a portfolio of contracts within Sustainment Operations. The role includes involvement in proposal support and reviews, budget development and baselining of new contracts, monthly review of cost and profit changes, quarterly CSR development and review/approval of contract changes. In addition to the portfolio of contracts being managed, this role will focus on Sustainment efforts to reduce the Sustainment balance sheet through initiatives to improve cash flow across the entire Sustainment line of business. The selected candidate will interface with the Program Managers of their contracts, Program Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Financial Planning and Analysis and Government counterparts as required.

***Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.***

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college

- Experience in an Finance and Business Operations competency such as Financial Planning, Reporting, Earned Value Management, Contracts Management or Program Estimating

-Experience with enterprise-level cost management tools, such as, ECE, SAP, COBRA, Hyperion or Accounting Data Analysis and Reporting (ADAR)
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 10 years or more of professional experience

• Experience in creating and managing Budget Targets

• Familiar with cost Allocations; Rates and Factors

• Familiar with LM Revenue Recognition methodologies

• Experience with Earned Value (EV) application and implementation

• Experience with US Government reporting requirements (i.e. Cost Performance Reports (CPR), Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR), Contract Funds Status Reports (CFSR), etc.)

• Must possess and execute strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy and quality of work

• Experience interacting with company VP’s, Directors, Managers, cross-functional peers, coworkers, and entire company personnel as a lead financial POC while working in a “team” environment.

• Familiar with Funding processes and procedures including customer notifications

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
