Financial Assistant, Client Billing
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of our Client Billing team you will work as a Financial Assistant.
You will be involved in the following activities:
ü Complete processing of the project sheet for customer orders within the ERP system
ü Invoicing and issuance of customer credit notes
ü Respond to financial and contractual requests
ü Collaboration and intermediary with teams in English internationally (Sales, Accounting, PM, Support, etc)
ü Monitoring, analysis, and document management: managing the filing and archiving process
ü Preparing different reports/analysis based on a defined set of data in excel
ü Intensive communication in English both internally as well as externally with suppliers and clients (day-to-day correspondence)

REQUIRED PROFILE
Education and experience:
ü Fluent in English
ü German and other languages appreciated
ü 2 to 5 years of Sales Administration and/or accounting experience appreciated
ü Experience in a similar position or with similar requirements,
ü Experience in a multinational environment
ü Experience using an ERP or other similar software
ü Ease using Excel
ü Technical accounting and contractual knowledge
