Salary: $35,000-$39,000/year
Responsibilities:
Manage student club finances, including budgeting, transactions, and reportingProvide administrative support to the office, handling scheduling, correspondence, and other office dutiesWork closely with faculty, staff, and students to support experiential learning initiativesEnsure timely and accurate financial record-keeping for student organizationsQualifications:

Provides daily support in the execution of an assigned program, section, or special interest group and implements procedures, processes, services, and systems to support program workflow. Evaluates and monitors projects, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, and advises staff on program policies. Creates program communications, coordinates data and manages program databases, and assists in developing program evaluations.

Keep club accounts up to date.
Knowledge of budgeting policies to assist clubs and organizations.
Interact with students, staff and visitors who enter the Office of Student Activities.
Update the Student Activities’ Web site with events and programs being sponsored by the office.
Perform administrative services for the Director of Student Activities such as returning calls, scheduling appointments, etc.
Assist with a wide array of student activities programs and events, i.e. sell Pitt football tickets, conduct sign ups for events, buses home program, etc.
