Find out more at www.TransdevNA.com or watch an overview video at https://youtu.be/ilO5cv0G4mQ About the Role: The Financial Benefits Manager’s primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the company's retirement program, which consists of two company-sponsored 401(k) plans, two non-qualified plans, union-sponsored 401(k) and pension plans, and jointly sponsored 401(k) plans. This role will also oversee the Company’s annual merit process, administration of the Company’s Annual Employee Engagement Survey, and contribute to other workflows on an ad hoc basis. This role requires close collaboration with HR, Finance, Labor, other cross-functional teams, and external vendors to ensure that our programs are cost-effective, compliant with regulations, and align with the Company's goals and employee needs.Transdev offers a hybrid work schedule with a requirement of 3 days per week of being in the office. Annual Salary Range: $105,000k-$137,000kBenefits include:

Vacation: minimum of two (2) week

Sick days: 5 days

Holidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of three Retirement professionals, ensuring the team is properly trained and completing processes timely and accurately.Serve as Chair of the Company’s Retirement Plan Committee and as Committee member on jointly sponsored retirement plans.Develop thorough understanding of retirement programming in the Company’s HRIS system to ensure accuracy and proper set up for new contracts and union negotiations.Monitor and manage the financial aspects of the Company’s retirement programs, including budgets, cost analysis, and forecasting multiemployer pension withdrawal liability.Manage annual audits for the Company’s retirement plans and all union-sponsored retirement plans.Ensure the team maintains accurate records and documentation of plan and participant information.Stay current on legislation impacting retirement plans and employee compensation. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).Strong analytic and quantitative skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills.A collaborator with excellent communication skills.Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion and judgement.Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.Retirement Benefits experience is a must.
