Job Title: Financial Business Analyst
Location: Oaks, PA- LOCAL ONLY
Duration: 8 Months
 
Responsibilities:Talk to the stakeholders from the business side and document the product backlog.Conduct various interviews with the different stakeholders and simplify the requirements.Conduct JAD Sessions, work with the technology team to provide inputs for the solution.Maintain the Requirement Quality Tracability Matrix's.Publish Project Status reports to the internal team.Identify and Raise Risks if any.Work with various teams to resolve the ambiguities.Perform interim audits to ensure the product meets the functional and non-functional requirements.Participant in the UAT Testing.Work with the Quality Team to create test data for the validations and review end to end results.Requirements:Must understand Algebra. Should be able to perform various calculations to evaluate various portfolio performance metrics.Understanding of some of the key concepts such as Time Weighted Rate of Return (TWRR), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Total Portfolio Performance (TPP) & Total Real Value (TRV) is a plus.Should have strong background in the Accounting Management.Knowledge of database technology and SQL -- Microsoft SQL Reporting Services (SSRS) experience a plus.Ability to work with non-technical end users to interpret user requirements.Should have knowledge of various SDLC methodologies such as Agile, Scale Agile, V-Model, Waterfall etc.Ability to work in a dynamic, fast pace environment. Very strong communication skills - both verbal and written.Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to produce a quality work product on a deadline.Knowledge of system implementation life cycle.
