The Finance Business Architect is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of technology-driven solutions that address complex business challenges. The role will optimize finance business processes while applying the technology solutions. This position serves as a strategic partner across departments, ensuring that systems and processes are optimized for efficiency, compliance, and data integrity. By leveraging advanced technologies, the role drives automation, enhances reporting capabilities, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. It also ensures that all solutions align with organizational goals, regulatory standards, and best practices in data governance.

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Collaborate with cross-functional subject matter experts to develop solutions for complex business problems using advanced technologies. Ensure compatibility of solution and system components Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives and success criteria. Ensure project goals align with organizational priorities and are delivered on time and within scope. Create detailed documentation including diagrams and flowcharts for solution design and implementation. Help develop end user training materials for any new tools and processes. Ensure solutions comply with internal controls, data governance policies, and regulatory standards. Develop appropriate KPI’s to monitor performance and data accuracy. Analyze existing systems and processes to determine effectiveness and suggest changes to support continuous improvement. Identify and implement enhancements for process optimization, data quality enhancement, and reporting efficiency. Drive automation of routine tasks and promote best practices in financial reporting and system usage.
