Financial Controller, 32 - 40 hours per week, hybrid, Eindhoven
As our new Financial Controller, you are the indispensable link responsible for ensuring our financial administration is always accurate, timely, and complete. You dive into the numbers but also look ahead: how can we make things even smarter, faster, and better?
Your responsibilities:
Manage and monitor the entire financial administrationProvide reporting and management information, including for Thales GroupSupport further implementation and optimization of our new ERP solution, including Power BIContribute to and advise on process improvementsWork in a high-tech environment where production and development are keyAbout you
You’re hands-on, proactive, driven by curiosity and a sense of responsibilityYou have experience with, or a strong affinity for, industrial control in a production or development environmentYou love structure but aren’t afraid to explore new approachesYou can self-reflect, are open to feedback, and are not afraid to provide it yourselfYou can mobilize people and ensure they understand the financial angle of the businessMeeting deadlines is second nature to you, and you anticipate accordinglyYou have a relevant bachelor’s degree in finance (HBO level) and at least 5 years of relevant work experienceWhat we offer
