Financial Controller Kallo Inc KALOOTC US improves the quality and efficiency of care by providing centralized congruent solutions that address healthcare and business issues for Ministries of Health hospitals physicians other healthcare organizations Our technology suite transforms healthcare delivery via rural healthcare disease management clinical globalization and oHealth solutions Specialties MobileCare RuralCare Hospital Information Systems Telehealth Systems Pharmacy Information Disaster Management Air and Surface Patient Transportation Systems Clinical Training Position Overview Reporting to the Vice President Finance the Financial Controller will work closely with the VP to develop and manage the full accounting life cycle for the global businessThis is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and to help grow the Finance Accounting organization Accountabilities Manage month end close Year end audit and financial statement preparation Maintain accounting policies and procedures Commodity and Income Tax filings Intercompany transactions and reconciliations Financial analysis Variance analysis Reconciliations Internal Controls and Compliance Asset management Inventory management SEC filings Records and contract control Supervision of AP Credit and Collections Payroll and general accounting Participate in the preparation of the annual operating budget including the revenue expense and capital expenditures Key accounting contact for all functional areas of the organization Key Deliverables during First 12 to 24 Months Assist in the selection and implementation of an integrated software solution Develop month end closing process with accounting calendar Establish a contract management system for suppliers and other obligations Assist company leadership in the annual budgeting and planning process Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strenhen internal controls Qualifications and Requirements University degree in BusinessAccounting and professional designation CPA CMA CGA CA Minimum 5 years of experience Strong communication skills and strong team player Experience in complex accounting and management reporting model Costing project profitability is an asset Strong analytical and problem solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy of reporting analysis is critical Experience with a multinational organization Ability to prioritize and effectively execute tasks in a high pressure environment is crucial Organizational planning information gathering and monitoring skills Experience with start up or early stage company is an asset Experience with system implementation is an asset Experience with MA integration is an asset Kallo Inc has a diverse workforce and is an equal opportunity employer We appreciate all applications If you are among the most suitable for this position we will be in touch with you shortly Only those individuals selected for an interview will be contacted For more information on Kallo and ongoing business developments please visit us at wwwkalloincca Apply Now
