Siemens Roebuck  is on the hunt for an exceptional Financial Controller to manage the financial and controlling aspects of one of our key product lines.  This role involves partnering closely with the Focus Factory Manager to oversee the product line’s P&L, ensuring financial performance and compliance.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and controlling, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Partner with Focus Factory Manager: Collaborate with the Focus Factory Manager to align financial goal. Manage Product Line P&L: Oversee the financial performance of the assigned product line, ensuring profitability and cost control. Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the product line. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics. Manage Investments and CAPEX: Oversee and manage capital expenditures and investment activities to ensure alignment with financial goals and strategic objectives. Support Costing Activities: Conduct detailed costing of products, including Bill of Materials (BOM) and routing times analysis, to ensure accurate cost allocation and financial reporting. Compliance and Controls: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls. Support Decision-Making: Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and ad-hoc requests for Plant Controller and Plant Manager. Productivity Management: Monitor and enhance productivity within the product line, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial management.


Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or controlling in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of financial principles, P&L management, and cost control. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel). Strong communication and collaboration skills. Good leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience in inventory management. High degree of critical thinking and very detail oriented. Ability to transition from non-digital to digital solutions. Highly self-motivated individual who requires and prefers little guidance from manager. Excellent communications skills, including the ability to provide data in a concise and appropriate manner.

The pay range for this position is $80,000-$107,700 annually.   The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
