Area of responsibility:

Support for finance manager/senior controller during weekly outlook/ monthly forecast and budget processesMonth end closing activities (accrual calculations, closing analysis, reporting)Manufacturing cost monitoring and variance analysis to budget/forecastSAP standard cost maintenance (in the system) Preparation of all ad hoc related analysis according to the Top Management needsParticipation in audits (internal and external)Daily cooperation with operational team (production, PC&L, maintenance, etc.)

Qualifications:

Higher education Understanding of P&L structure3-5 years experience in manufacturing environment, preferably with international exposureAdvanced Excel skillsAnalytical and problem-solving skills and can-do approachEnglish (B2 or above)Attention to detailsCommunication skills with the ability to explain financial data to non-financial stakeholders
