Key Responsibilities:

Support the Finance team in day-to-day financial control activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Assist in monitoring and analyzing financial performance against plans and targets.Perform reconciliation of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.Assist in preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Support the implementation and maintenance of financial controls and procedures.Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and ensure smooth financial operations.Assist in internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and responding to inquiries.Support ad hoc financial analysis and projects as required by the Finance team.

Requirements:

2-3 years of relevant experience in financial control, accounting, or a similar field.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel. (SAP experience is a plus.)Excellent organizational and communication skills.Knowledge of financial regulations and standards is a plus.
