Job role
We are hiring a talented Controlling Analyst to join our team in Bucharest office. The role is part of Bucharest Financial Hub which provide finance services to various Allianz entities around the globe.
What will you do
Providing controlling and accounting support Managing of central mailbox re incoming documents Manage and process over invoices related to hospitality and ticketing for Milano/Cortina events. Verify and update contact data and details to ensure accuracy in all transactions. Issue invoices promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies. Conduct thorough checks on payments to ensure timely and correct processing. Provide service desk support, including splitting issued invoices and updating contact details as necessary. Utilize SAP for accessing and managing financial data and transactions. Prepare and deliver monthly updates to the team regarding open payments and outstanding issues. Design and manage escalation processes, including issuing reminders and handling escalations for overdue payments. Facilitate the transfer of funds to GSMD cost centers and PSP elements, ensuring proper allocation and documentation. Maintain communication and interface with GSMD FiT Team / Olympic and Paralympic Movement Team.
What you bring
University degree in Finance, Economics or comparable Must have at least 4 years professional experience in Finance / Controlling area Previous experience in a corporate environment or in regular reporting tasks is crucial (KPI reporting: financial/non-financial) Ability and experience to work with big data volume Strong proficiency with Excel and experience with database maintenance and navigation Previous experience with SAP is a plus Fluent in English – strong verbal and written communication skills
