Associa is currently looking for a Financial Coordinator to join our team in Bedford, NH. As a Financial Coordinator, you will work closely with our clients and vendors, and partner with other Associa departments. To be successful in this role you will need great customer service skills and the ability to work on multiple projects.

\nHow will you make an impact?
\nThe Financial Coordinator is an accounting support position in a fast-paced centralized accounting services environment providing financial services to community associations throughout North America.
\nDuties include but are not limited to:
\n\nWork closely with Community Managers to assist with answering financial questions.\nWork with outside auditors to answer questions and provide necessary reports.\nEvaluate, analyze and prioritize data in various forms and formats.\nOther duties as assigned\n\n Requirements\n\nGeneral knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger activity a must.\nKnowledge of Audit Reports\nKnowledge of accounting principles, practices and procedures ( US GAAP).\nPossess good written and communication skills\nProfessional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).\nSelf-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.\nConfidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities.\nTime management and time critical prioritization skills.\n\nEducation
\n\nBachelor’s Degree Preferred\n5– 7 years of directly related or closely related experience (working as part of an accounting team)\n\n
