Job Title: Regulatory Coordinator

Job DescriptionTranscribe MCA and Budget prepared by the site.Work within CS-RAMS, Financial Modules, to submit new study and amendments, partnering with regulatory for document support.Check CS-RAMS messaging, answer questions, and collaborate with regulatory leadership to monitor submission status.Prepare a weekly update for status report on study submission/action items and estimated completion time for weekly meetings with the PI.Other duties related to financial support or regulatory support management as needed.ensuring that tasks such as email management, coverage analysis submissions to parent institution, and payment processing and reimbursements are handled promptly and in line with SOPs, the coordinator minimizes delays and financial discrepancies, helping the study run smoothlyFinancial Coordinator’s role in researching patient visits, processing reimbursements and responding to requests ensures timely and accurate payments, fostering positive relationships with patients. This helps to maintain patient engagement and compliance, which is crucial for the study’s successThe Financial Coordinator plays a key support role, assisting with various financial responsibilities as delegated. Key duties include managing and maintaining general email inboxes in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), processing patient reimbursement requests, and ensuring proper filing of emails in designated locations. The coordinator is also responsible for managing payment confirmations, responding to sponsor requests and researching patient visits in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system to facilitate reimbursement.
