Financial Coordinator
Job Description Provide data management support for resource planning and forecast/budget reconciliation reporting for IT focused on the business and the acquisition of Hawaiian Airlines  Work with all ITS and E-commerce functional managers and technology program managers to ensure that all project data is up to date and being tracked/reported correctly within the Portfolio Management tool  Track and reconcile individual project work with Smartsheet and Excel  Assist with creating/distributing reports for stakeholders We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Minimum 2 years working in Finance / FP&A  Minimum 2 years working in Finance / FP&A  Experience with budgets, tracking resources, and project costs  Intermediate knowledge in Excel and SharePoint  Able to work in an ambiguous environment  Great communication and interpersonal skills General familiarity with: PowerBI or Tableau, PeopleSoft Financials, Azure Dev Ops (ADO), SharePoint  Continuous improvement and LEAN experience null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
