Our Credit Department would like for a new team member to join us in our purpose to provide extraordinary experiences for our customers. The Nordic Consumer Credit team consists of 13 Credit Advisors, and we are looking for you who enjoy daily challenges, is driven by targets and want to be included in a diverse, hard-working team! Credit Operations main responsibilities are amongst others recovering balances and reducing provision, while delivering outstanding customer care and providing first class credit servicing via phone as our main communication tools. With thoroughness and expertise, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and provide outstanding service to improve customer and shareholder value. **How will you make a difference in this role?** Our Advisors are agile and takes the initiative to prioritize and balance multiple responsibilities, answering calls and responding to customer queries from both internal and external parties. It is also key for us to have a strong attention to details since we are collecting past due balances and acquiring payments on past due amounts. Making risk decisions to stop or enable spending based on account information and credit history is something we do on a day-to-day basis, while working with encouraging functions encircling the world of card transactions. What you will be up to: + Handling outbound and inbound calls from our consumer card-members whose accounts are flagged as overdue or delinquent. + Build significant connections with our customers by offering custom solutions, consultative assistance, and first contact resolution to work out a positive outcome for the Customer and American Express. + Deliver best-in-class service, whilst responding to customers inquiries and problems + Make decisions based on risk assessment and the Customer profile + Gain commitment from the customers to making payments on their overdue account and enabling them to spend on their American Express card + Meet and exceed quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets + Document key information + Re-prioritize to adapt to the transitional environment At Amex, we strive in giving continuous coaching and feedback in our colleagues work, to get the best chances to succeed in their roles.
