About the Role

To support the Compliance function in carrying out the daily activities such as AML screening alerts clearance and any other ad hoc projects / assignments.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Assist and support the Compliance team to:

Conduct AML related review and monitoring activities to ensure the relevant processes and procedures are in line with regulatory requirements internal standards.Closely supervise on daily output as well as quality in delivering the output.Produce daily efficiency report to Supervisor.Develop compliance training and awareness materials.Provide administrative support in coordinating training sessions, discussion and meetings, including documenting minutes of meeting.Prepare regular updates or reports for the Senior Management.Carry out any other ad hoc projects / tasks assigned by supervisors.

Minimum Job Requirements :

Field of studies: Accounting, Finance, Business, Actuarial Science, or Statistic with minimum of 3 years’ experience in AML related field.Candidates with Certified AML Specialist (CAMS) qualification would have an added advantage.Good Interpersonal and communication skills and self-motivated.Good digital literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Good written and spoken communication skills in English and local language.Independent and quick learner.Positive attitude and willing to learn
