At Siemens Financial Services, we offer you a unique opportunity as an intern to gain practical experience in the field of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Regulatory Compliance. You will be actively involved in exciting projects and will contribute to developing solutions for current and future challenges in AML and regulatory compliance management. 
What would my working day be like? 
Join our team to connect globally, learn about the financial services industry, and build your skills in AML and regulatory compliance. The successful applicant will contribute to helping our business detect, prevent and protect it from being abused by criminals and money launderers. You'll be supported by experienced professionals and get to apply what you've learned in real-world situations. As an intern, you'll help create new processes and use digital tools to make compliance more efficient and transparent. 
We operate a hybrid-working policy where you are encouraged to be in the office 2-3 days a week, as we believe this dynamic environment is the best place to learn, network and have fun whilst being an early careers professional. 
Your role will include: You will support us in analysing, assessing, and implementing regulatory requirements such as the UK ECCTA Regulation, EU AML package and others. You will actively participate in the design and digitalisation of our compliance management system. Maintaining, updating, and further developing our internal regulations, including work instructions, training materials, and policies, will also be part of your tasks. Additionally, you will support the design of our internal and external presence at Siemens Financial Services. You will also be involved in the coordination of projects, including the creation of project documents, training materials, and minutes, as well as monitoring results and work statuses. 
What do I need to apply? Studying towards a Degree in Law, Economics or Business. You have a good knowledge of the MS Office package. Further IT and AI knowledge is advantageous. Ideally, you have prior knowledge in the fields of compliance or banking supervision. You have a strong interest in implementing regulations and legal requirements. Exceptionally excellent communication skills and an independent way of working distinguish you. You enjoy the idea of working in an international team. A creative flair for presenting information.
