We help create sustainable change by stimulating innovation, unlocking data possibilities, navigating risk and regulatory complexity, optimising deals, and aligning costs with business strategy to create a competitive advantage.About the roleWe are looking for an experienced, driven mid-level PMO/MI specialist who can: (i) deliver client-facing PMO/MI services for large financial crime projects; and (ii) provide oversight and coaching to junior level PMO/MI staff. External (client-facing) duties and responsibilities include:Delivers PMO services in client-facing projects such as:Provide support to the project/program manager in the areas of Project Governance, Planning, Execution and ControlDevelop and implement standard project templates and documentation (e.g. project charter, progress reports and dashboard, risk register, project budget and resource reports/trackers)Effective tracking and communication of project status and metricsDevelop reports on project health, status, risk & issues, and resourcesIdentify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecastsMaintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and completePerform administrative and operational tasks (e.g. scheduling, meeting preparation & facilitation, and minuting)Responsible for setting and managing the project documentation libraryDelivers MI services in client-facing projects such as:: Develop MI tools to support project operationsGenerate and publish MI reports on a regular basis.Interpret and present data to management.Support in managing data (population, progress, productivity and quality).Internal duties and responsibilities include: Work closely with the Centre of Excellence management in maintaining the quality of the work of PMO/MI team within Financial Crime Unit in PwC Philippines.Provides oversight of junior PMO/MI specialists Supporting quality and consistency in client-facing deliveryEssential SkillsExcellent project management skills across planning & scheduling, reporting, risk management etcStrong stakeholder management skills (internal and external stakeholders) Strong numeracy and analytical skills with the ability to multitaskStrong team management skillsIntermediate to advance knowledge in MS Excel / Google SheetsIntermediate to advance knowledge in MS Powerpoint / Google SlidesIntermediate to advance knowledge in Data Analytics (Data Management to Visualization)
