WHAT YOU WILL DO

\n\nDrive Change: Take charge of account transfer requests and ensure the accuracy of customer information.\nCommunicate with Impact: Engage directly with customers to provide stellar service and clear guidance on payment solutions.\nPrioritize for Success: Manage your workload effectively, focusing on high-impact activities.\nInnovate and Document: Contribute to process documentation and engage in ad-hoc analysis to improve operations.\nExplore and Investigate: Take on projects as they arise and delve into fraud investigations to safeguard our interests.\n

\n\nA minimum of 6 months in collections within a call center environment.\nA self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.\nUnwavering integrity and excellent account management skills.\nThe ability to thrive with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team setting.\nProficiency in Excel and Word.\nMust be able to work Monday through Friday 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM\n\n
