We are seeking a full-time Fianncial Data Analyst in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Data Analyst is a crucial role that interprets and analyzes financial data, prepares financial reports, and provides actionable insights to support the company's financial decision-making processes. Salary: $65,000 / year. This is an onsite position performed from the CORT Events Corporate office 5 days/week. Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the US. Maintain and update Delivery Fee and Minimum Charge matrix. Extract and analyze financial data from various accounting and information systems. Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close procedures. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and projections. Contribute to the development and implementation of financial management strategies. Collaborate with team members to develop strategies to remedy gaps identified in financial performance. Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support business strategy decisions including forecasting project costs, ROI, IRR, ROA, and assumed cash flow. Extract order information from key interfacing clients and merge information to be distributed to operations in the form of final orders or order changes. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Minimum of two years of related experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial software (e.g., PeopleSoft General Ledger, Salesforce.com) Working knowledge of SQL Preferred Skills Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, mathematics, computer science, or a related field preferred Experience with data query/data management tools is extremely helpful Peoplesoft General Ledger SalesForce.com including authoring queries Adaptive Planning About CORT Events CORT, a part of Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway, is the nation's leading provider of transition services, including furniture rental for home and office, event furnishings, destination services, apartment locating, touring and other services.
