Join us! **Job Description:** This job is responsible for the analysis and resolution of highly complex credit and tax operations processes and issues that require coordination of multiple stakeholders to resolve. Key responsibilities include adhering to defined procedures and regulatory requirements, while managing projects and initiatives in support of process improvement or updates to procedures. Job expectations include supporting effective coordination across key stakeholders groups, including business controls and governance organizations. Consumer & Wealth Tax Operations is responsible for multiple tax related functions to support IRS and State regulatory required tax reporting, withholding payments. This position primarily supports Wealth Management accounts and is responsible for providing senior level communications and project management support for various tax related client and internal communications. The role partners with the various teams to develop and execute upon communication plans, both internal and external, to ensure a successful tax reporting season is accomplished. In addition, the role supports various projects across the team as needed and is responsible for various internal tools (training, web content) and ensuring it is accurate and up to date. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: • Creating internal and external client communications related to tax reporting • Reviewing existing communications, revising as necessary and obtaining approvals • Developing and executing upon the tax season communication plan each year (December – April), in partnership with various LOB teams (Consumer Investments (Edge), MLWM branch offices) • Supporting various ad-hoc communication needs throughout the year • Support of internal tools designed for internal and external clients (web content, resource central, document review, FAQs, etc) • Support of various projects and other tasks across the team as needed **Responsibilities:** + Leads end-to-end resolution of complex client issues and inquiries related to tax and credit reporting, often requiring significant research and engagement of business functional experts + Conducts root cause analysis and drives solutions to address organizational challenges and initiatives + Performs quality control and analytical support to ensure high performance accuracy + Develops and implements new processes and procedures, and modifies existing procedures to ensure they are accurate and up to date + Supports operational team projects and production of executive-level reports and presentations for senior management + Identifies, facilitates, and supports process improvements, requirements, and initiatives across multiple stakeholders **Required Skills:** • 5+ years of financial services or operations experience, written communication experience preferred • Experience writing internal or external communications • Ability to lead meetings and drive accountability with partners • Ability to identify and navigate resources and analyze data independently to determine appropriate actions needed • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of management. • Strong presentation skills with the ability to present to various levels of leaders and business partners. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other PC based applications • Project management experience creating action plans • Self-directed, self-sufficient, quick learner, thorough and detail-oriented • Strong organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, manage multiple responsibilities **Desired Skills:** + College degree preferred **Skills:** + Business Process Analysis + Customer and Client Focus + Reporting + Business Acumen + Critical Thinking + Decision Making + Problem Solving + Prioritization + Process Performance Management + Risk Management **Shift:** 1st shift (United States of America) **Hours Per Week:** 40 Bank of America and its affiliates consider for employment and hire qualified candidates without regard to race, religious creed, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, genetic information, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, protected veteran or disability status or any factor prohibited by law, and as such affirms in policy and practice to support and promote the concept of equal employment opportunity and affirmative action, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, provincial and municipal laws.
