About the Team

The Corporate Consolidations team is a critical FP&A team working together to gather financial data from different business units, consolidating financials to create a comprehensive view of the company’s financial performance. The team prepares consolidated financials for management reporting during the close, forecast, and planning cycles.

About the Role

You will lead the FP&A team through close, forecast, and planning cycles, ensuring effective communication and organization. Your role involves gathering and analyzing data to drive business performance, partnering with commercial finance leaders and Investor Relations, and providing leadership and mentorship to your team. Additionally, you will ensure data consistency across the merchant segment and identify actionable recommendations based on external business trends.

What You’ll OwnLead the process for close, forecast, and Plan cycles, organizing the wider FP&A team and communicating effectively.Lead a team responsible for gathering, preparing, analyzing, and summarizing insight to drive business performance.Partner with commercial finance leaders within the organization to identify data and trends that will enhance the quality of decision-making and highlight risks and opportunities to deliver Plan targets.Partner with Investor Relations to summarize quarterly themes across the merchant segment to inform earnings materials.Identify external business and macroeconomic trends, link to financial performance, and identify actionable recommendations.Partner with the Hyperion team/Accounting to ensure that data across the merchant segment is consistent and accurate.Provide leadership including planning, coaching, recruiting, selection, performance development, and mentoring.What You Bring7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on consolidations.Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience (preferably in a finance-led discipline but not essential).Extensive experience with financial consolidation processes and systems, such as Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) or similar.Proven track record of leading and managing a team, with strong organizational, team building, coaching, and mentoring skills.Proactive approach to driving insight, staying up to date with business trends, and ability to make connections across the segment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools with a solution-focused mindset.Experience in preparing and analyzing consolidated financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of technical and non-technical personnel, simplifying complex issues into simple messages.Positive, enthusiastic with an ability to build relationships easily.A strategic thinker with experience across FP&A with the ability to drive a long-term vision and hold an Executive presence.Ability to utilize judgment in decision-making processes and decisions related to job tasks.Ability to identify, address, and resolve employee-related issues.Strong demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.What Makes a Worldpayer

Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $145,900.00 - $245,120.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
