Financial Disclosure Analyst

This position will review financial disclosure reports and related actions within the National Institutes of Health. This is a full-time opportunity located in Bethesda, MD. This requisition has been posted for the purpose of pipelining building relationships with qualified candidates in order to potentially hire them into future openings we will have + Review various financial disclosure reports and related forms within required timelines. + Review documents for completeness and accuracy of submission. + Review submission for Ethics compliance with governing statutes and regulations + Use various tracking systems, such as the Ethics Management Information System (EMIS) and the NIH Enterprise Ethics System (NEES), to track ethics actions routinely and provide reports. + Answer inquiries and questions pertinent to submissions and general information regarding these matters. + Provide guidance and assistance in drafting administrative policies and procedures. + Communicate with employees regarding explanation of Ethics information to staff; respond to Ethics questions and issues. + Draft policies, standard operating procedures, job aids, outreach materials, and other documents for implementation by management **What You Will Need** **:** + Associate’s Degree + 2 years experience + Experience performing business functions. + Knowledge of basic ethical procedures. + Proficiency with MS Office Suite. + Strong analytical skills. + Written and Oral communication skills + Research Experience **What Would Be Nice To Have** **:** Previous experience with the National Institutes of Health (NIH) The annual salary range for this position is $57,300.00-$85,900.00.
