Brunswick’s Financial Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a two-year rotational experience designed to develop future finance leaders. Through immersive assignments and structured learning, participants build a strong foundation in corporate finance while gaining exposure to senior leadership and diverse business environments across Brunswick. The FLDP program has a proven track record where graduates are now leading key finance functions across Brunswick. This program is ideal for those building foundational skills in this field, generally within the first 0-2 years of their career.

Rotation Structure

FLDP’s complete three rotations designed to provide broad exposure across Brunswick’s finance organization:

 Two 6-month rotations at Brunswick’s Corporate Headquarters (Mettawa, IL)One 12-month rotation at a manufacturing or divisional location (Fond du Lac or Menomonee Falls WI, Knoxville TN, Edgewater, FL)

Essential Functions:  

Rotate through core finance functions including Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, Treasury, Internal Audit, and Financial Reporting.Analyze financial performance across business units, identifying key drivers impacting income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow.Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to inform strategic decision-making.Leverage tools such as Power BI, AI, Oracle, and other technologies to enhance reporting efficiency and visibility.Present findings and strategic recommendations to finance leadership.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights and drive operational improvements.Contribute to high-impact projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.Participate in ongoing training and leadership development activities.

Required Qualifications:  

Currently enrolled or graduate of an AACSB-accredited university working towards a bachelor’s in Accounting or FinanceExpected graduation date between Dec 2025-June 2026GPA of 3.3 or higher  A self-starter with intellectual curiosity, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work independently.Willingness and ability to relocate (Mettawa, IL, Menomonee Falls, WI, Fond du Lac, WI, Edgewater, FL, Knoxville, TN – locations subject to modification)  To be considered for this position, candidates must have permanent US Work authorization 

Preferred Qualifications: 

1 year of relevant accounting/finance work experience including internship or co-op with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business-Related field CPA, CMA, or other professional licenses a plus  Experience with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management or other similar ERP, financial consolidation, and reporting applications a plus Experience with Power BI a plus Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications 

Working Conditions:

Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in-office per week.Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills Express the ability to quickly understand, decipher, and communicate relevant information from a larger data set Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including extended hours during critical reporting periods Must possess proficiency in accounting, financial and business analysis, and financial modeling Robust interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate with all levels of Company leadership Flexible and organized to manage several concurrent initiatives

Interview and Selection Timeline:

First-Round Interviews: October 6–8Second-Round Interviews: October 13–17Offer Extension: October 22Invite-Only Onsite Visit: Week of November 17

The anticipated pay range for this position is $57,400 - $90,600 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job- related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
