Design, develop, and monitor the implementation of financial and budgeting strategies.Monitor budget deviations and provide corrective solutions.Manage the finance team and monitor accounting operations.Analyze and present financial management reports periodically.Assess and manage financial and operational risks.Collaborate with sales and supply chain units to improve financial processes.
Direct manager: finance and accounting deputy.Subordinates: the finance team of over 10 people.Probation period: 3 months.Working hours and days: Saturday to Wednesday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.Travel requirements: limited business missions to provincial branches.Benefits: periodic performance evaluation bonus, supplementary insurance, special packages, lunch, etc.
Requirements:
Proficient in tax laws, accounting and insurance standards.Proficient in financial data analysis and familiarity with ERP systems.Excellent skills in providing management reports in line with the organization's goals and strategies.Management skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and the ability to work with multi-tasking teams.
