KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and execute end-to-end patient program activity, program communication, program performance, and risk mitigation within the assigned areaPerson in contact (PIC) in the area for any matters related to patient program activityLead improvement initiative for patient program activity in the areaManage PAP communication plan (external) & process training for hospitals in the areaEnsure supervision of Contracts & Payment, Quotation, Program Documentation/ auditOur company's access administration & developmentAssist Patient Program & Biomarker Manager in budget planning/ management and end to end process mappingQUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacology, Medical, Business, Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant disciplinePrevious experience in project management, patient assistance/affordability/access program, or similar roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industryStrong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Strong ability to execute plans in an effective, quality and timely manner with limited supervision.Search Firm Representatives Please Read Carefully
