You will work closely with the CDAO Business Operations Team and play a key role to lead Financial Planning within a Product based organization.
Suitable for someone who has already a foundation in Project Management but looking to further develop leadership skills. Identify opportunities to improve and shape activities within a Product Driven organization.

. Analytical Dashboard tools
. Financial/Budget management of a large multi-year effort

This position provides a learning opportunity for any candidate to learn about GDIA across the various business domains. Additionally, the Financial Planner role will gain experience in product integration, on scaled products, comprised of multiple product teams working to deliver outcomes across many customer touch-points.
**What you'll do...**
Governance and controls to ensure end-to-end delivery within the Global Data Insight & Analytics organization:
. Support Demand Management
. Support Financial Management and Investment Business Planning
. Establish strong working relationship with project stakeholders
. Ensure plans are requirements are understood and issues resolved effectively and efficiently
. Communicate status information, issues and risks to stakeholders as appropriate
. Follow appropriate change control management
. Enable delivery of prioritized product requirements on time and with high quality
. Compliance to Internal Controls
Taking specific responsibility for key objectives to drive the group forward, including:
. Process improvement and adherence to Financial Management standards
. Provide support or practical assistance to other GDI&A team members
. Provide feedback and develop enhancements for the benefit of the community
. Helping to drive global practices and improvements
**You'll have...**
. Bachelor's degree OR a combination of education and experience
. 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning
. Previous project management experience
. High degree of self-motivation and ability to operate with limited supervision
. Results orientated with a customer centric attitude
. Ability to focus across multiple dimensions
. Strong organizational and facilitation skills
. Ability to prioritize and manage a variable workload
. Strong analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills across all levels of personnel
. Strong skills in excel and power point (Office 365 tools)
. Ability to learn technical/system details where appropriate
. Knowledge and experience of: Agile Processes utilizing Rally/Jira
. Schedule, Issue & Risk, and Scope Management
. ISP/Security and Controls
. Cross functional and cross regional teams

. Experience with Analytical Visualization tools (e.g., Qlik Sense)
. Knowledge of AGILE methodologies
. Experience with Program & Project Financial Management tools (e.g., Nicus, Ariba)
. Experience of managing Program & Project financials
. Experience with Product Management tools
