Responsibilities : + Meet with clients and prospects to assess their financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance. + Develop and implement tailored financial plans that align with client objectives. + Provide recommendations on investments, taxes, estate planning, and regulatory updates. + Monitor and adjust investment portfolios as needed. + Offer strategic advice on investment management, retirement, tax planning, risk management, and estate planning, educating clients for informed decisions. + Stay updated on financial markets, tax laws, and investment strategies. + Collaborate with accountants and attorneys to deliver holistic solutions. + Build and maintain strong client relationships with exceptional service and confidentiality. + Prepare and present reports and materials for clients and management. Requirements + 3–5 years of experience in holistic financial planning, managing HNW and UHNW client relationships. + Preferred: CFP or related certifications. + Proven success in creating and implementing financial plans. + Strong knowledge of financial markets, tax laws, and investment strategies. + Excellent analytical and communication skills for client relationship management. + Detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at managing multiple priorities. + Proficient in financial planning tools (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro). + High integrity with a fiduciary approach to client relationships.
