We are looking for a Financial Planning & Accounting Manager (d/f/m) to join our FP&A team at mobile.de in Berlin. You will provide crucial financial analysis and strategic insights to support our strategy.
About the Team:
Join our team as a Financial Planning & Accounting Manager (d/f/m), where you'll play a crucial role in analyzing and strategizing business operations to drive financial success.
You'll have the chance to assume responsibilities within our dynamic team, enabling you to make meaningful contributions from the outset.
You will report directly to the Head of FP&A and Pricing. This is a hybrid role, and our office is based in Berlin Charlottenburg.
What you’ll do:You own planning, forecasting and reporting processesYou partner with the business, our analytics and other finance teams to understand performance drivers, impacts and business forecastsYou provide expertise and hands-on support in operating month-end close, forecast and budgeting processesYou monitor business risks and opportunities through tracking and analysis of newest trendsYou support and prepare long-term strategic and financial planning, including process development, modelling and presentationYou support senior team members in ad hoc financial projects and initiativesYou prepare reports, commentary and analysis for investor and board meetingsYou broaden financial data, models and analysis with market, industry and competition trends and use the insights to support company steering and strategy processesWho you are:University degree with an economic orientation5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy development or financeYou have experience in the combination of Business Analytics and Finance or FP&A exposureProficiency in financial modelling, Excel/Gsheets and data analysis toolsGreat analytical skills with the ability to translate data into relevant insightsProven track record in complex projects and stakeholder management skillsYou have a remarkable ability to distill complex information into concise narratives for our business partners.Experience communicating analytical findings for a range of different audiences, team spirit and a winning personalityThe ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and meet deadlines while delivering great resultsExcellent knowledge of spoken and written English languageBenefits
