MUSO Financial Planning and Analysis (VP/AVP)
Support development of Mizuho Americas annual business plans, including coordination across entities/business lines, build and enhance budget reporting packages and presentationsAssist in preparing Americas monthly and quarterly management committee material, CEO/CFO package and CXO package to report performance to senior management, including budget vs actual analysis, client analytics, and business drivers. Manage Americas daily PL reporting process, including daily expense estimate, data input to Hyperion, and report production Govern financial data in Hyperion to ensure data consistency and integrity across various Mizuho Americas Hyperion instancesManage ad hoc requests from management, business owners, and local & home office finance counterpartiesSupport and improve inter affiliate cost allocation management to ensure full reconciliationQualifications:
3-5 years of experience in financial services2-3 years of specific roles in business planning, budgeting and/or financial analysis required.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret a wide range of financial informationAbility to deal with ambiguity, multitask, and manage ad hoc requests Keen attention to detail and ability to communicate in a clear and concise mannerStrong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, macros) and PowerPoint; familiarity with Hyperion Planning/Essbase a plus.Company Overview
