Financial Planning & Analysis Associate

 

 

 

The position holder is responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of reports for local management and financial analysis and reporting packages, for the maintenance of data entry by the FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) department in the systems, as well as for the provision of assistance and support in the preparation of Financial Plans and Analyzes and other similar reporting packages for Romania, Moldova and Bulgaria Markets. 

 

Position:

As a Financial Planning & Analysis Associate you will be responsible for:

Monthly reconciliation of Market OCC and ensuring data accuracy in SAP and GPM Calculating and recording excise adjustments and managing cost distribution cycles Preparing and maintaining gross margin reports and other financial management reports Daily maintenance of prices, products, and exchange rates in SAP and Entersoft Collaborating with the Finance Department to ensure data accuracy and providing support during the budgeting process Preparing and delivering monthly and ad-hoc analysis and budget reports Supporting the Financial Planning and Analysis team in consolidating and reporting financial packages Implementing and conducting post-implementation analysis of promotional programs and operational expenses

 

Requirements:

 

University degree (preferably in Economic Sciences/Finance) Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance Excellent computer skills: Excel, SAP, MS Office English: Intermediate level (good writing and speaking skills) Very good analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication abilities/customer orientation Strong knowledge of IFRS and ERP systems Strong numerical abilities Proactive and good team player Helicopter view and very good capacity to make connections between business processes
