Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Description We are in search of a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager based in Brecksville, Ohio. This role involves handling critical financial and budgeting responsibilities for our business operations. As a member of our team, you will be playing a pivotal role in financial analysis and planning, contributing to the growth and success of our organization. Responsibilities: • Oversee the financial planning process, including the formulation of budget plans and forecasts • Conduct financial analysis to evaluate the company's performance and identify potential areas for improvement • Work closely with the global operations team to ensure financial objectives align with operational goals • Utilize accounting software systems and CRM to maintain accurate financial records and generate insightful financial reports • Participate in the management of capital, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across different business units • Manage the annual budget process, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure budgets align with business objectives • Lead the financial evaluation of plant performance, providing strategic recommendations based on financial data • Leverage skills in Adaptive Insights, EPM, and 3M to optimize financial operations and reporting • Ensure compliance with accounting functions and standards, maintaining the integrity of financial data • Contribute to the improvement of budget processes, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Requirements • Proficiency in 3M, Accounting Software Systems, Adaptive Insights, CRM, and EPM. • Demonstrated ability to perform Accounting Functions in a corporate setting. • Experience with Annual Budget preparation and management. • Knowledge and understanding of Budget Processes. • Ability to work collaboratively with Business Units across the organization. • Experience in Capital Management. • Ability to work with complex financial data and produce relevant reports. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required. • Advanced degree, such as an MBA or a Master's in Finance, is preferred.
