Description An internationally successful Marketing company is currently looking to hire a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join its team. Responsibilities of this role will include: - Preparing monthly and quarterly reports - Providing key financial analysis to enable both day-to-day and strategic decisions - Analyzing trends in key performance indicators and causes of unexpected variances - Calculating expense accruals; analyzing actual vs. budgeted results - Providing financial analysis support for the corporate budgeting and forecasting processes - Regularly providing updates to senior management regarding financial systems and financial reporting - Identifying areas of opportunities and risks to inform management decisions - Performing ad hoc duties as needed Requirements The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, and at least 5 years of experience, with a background in Media or Advertising. Extensive knowledge of MS Excel and financial modeling is required. Candidate should feel comfortable collaborating with employees across the organization to develop creative and efficient solutions.
