Join our Transcom Family as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager!

The primary objective is to direct and provide guidance and leadership to the overall finance function for the business unit including the Financial Planning & Analysis teamCollects and compiles financial data at the business unit level and oversees the preparation of forecasts, financial, budget and management reporting & analysis.Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.

Responsibilities:

The position requires effective leadership and business execution for the following key focus areas. Additional responsibilities may be added as the needs of the business change and expand:

Delivering timely and accurate monthly and weekly cost reporting.

Analyzing current expenditure; investigating loss activities.

Benchmarking activity between clients/sites/operations.

Effectively managing intercompany costs, charge-backs etc.

Take the lead on preparation and participation cost reviews, cost saving activities and planning of new business.

Support accounting team on correct cost booking and cost splitting. Especially between entities.

Effectively report on and manage SGA in line with current requirements.

Report against the pricing model to compare actual performance versus predicted, capture learning’s and feed into the pricing model.

Monitor and report against KPI’s across all areas and measure efficiency and performance to set expectations and challenges.

Provide ongoing financial analysis and insights and support to the business to drive profitability

Timely and accurate forecast submission and responsible for annual budget exercise.

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…

Have a Bachelor's degree or higher. CPA would be ideal but not required.Have at least 6 years of experience in finance and accounting. 6 years of experience in a BPO/call center environment is a must.Experience in a similar senior level FP&A role in a BPO setting is essential.Experience managing c-level stakeholders across multiple geographies is essential.Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills are essential.Experience with SAP, Hyperion & Workday would be preferred.Advanced MS Excel skills and other Microsoft applicationsResponsible for managing client P&L including budgeting, planning & forecasting, profitability analysis.
