Overview 

ISS is growing! ISS seeks Financial Planning and Analysis Sr. Associate who will be focusing in data integration and market analysis.

ISS' Financial Planning and Analytics team partners closely with business leadership and teams across Finance to lead business analysis, lead forecasting and planning, make informed decisions, and communicate effectively with business leaders and the Board of Directors. We are looking for a fast learner and a hands-on contributor to participate in strategic discussions with the CFO and senior business management. 

If you are a dynamic and motivated professional who is interested in gaining exposure to the different parts of ISS’ business, then this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Management Reporting – Preparing internal financial reports for presentation to Senior Management. Financial Reporting – Assisting in the preparation of external financial reporting for shareholdersMarket and Competitor Analysis and ModellingMaintaining and enhancing budgeting and forecasting models to create business projectionsPreparing ad hoc financial analyses requested by Senior Management


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.At least 5 years or more professional experience, preferably in financial analysis or management accounting or in a similar roleAdvanced Excel capabilities and related data manipulation requiredPowerBI experience is an advantageDemonstrated ability to navigate and wrangle data from structured and unstructured data sourcesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHighly organized with attention to detailAbility to multitask, prioritize and deliver results on time under pressureFlexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challengesGood written and verbal communication skills (fluency in English is required)Knowledge of CRM systems (i.e., Salesforce and NetSuite) is a plus
