Job Description

The LRH FP&A Senior Analyst is responsible for creating financial reporting and planning and analysis acting as the primary financial support and partner for their assigned region and related districts/zones. This includes assisting in updating forecasts, analyzing financial results, communicating the financial story to Business Partners, FP&A/Accounting, the Home Comfort Solutions Segment, and LII. The position provides the opportunity to develop experience in the fundamentals of our regional distributor financial performance and reporting best practices.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

Duties include, but are not limited to: 

Develops annual financial plan targets for LRH region and constituent districtsSupports execution of strategic plan including the achievement of revenue and margin targets for the assigned region and related districtsReviews region and district financial results with business partners, comparing and analyzing actuals versus plan, forecast, and prior year to analyze the cause of variances, identify trends, and monitor impacts to key performance indicatorsLeads monthly financial meetings for region leadership and provides support and financial insights to the selling organizationCollaborates with appropriate partners to understand key business performance drivers, then based on financial results communicate findings, insights, and implications to the Region and related districtsActs as a finance thought leader and subject matter expert for the assigned region’s performance driversLeads the development of financial models and other analytical tools to enhance the efficiency of business applications and processesSupports the maintenance of various systems / databases used for budget and analysis, allocations, and forecastsPerforms ad hoc financial research projects as neededCoaches less-experienced financial analysts as needed

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $83,300 - $102,900 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.

 

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Requires a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 5 years of related experienceMaster’s Degree Candidate or CPA/CPA Candidate a plusProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.)Knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion) and/or analytics platforms (e.g., Qlik) preferredExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
