Principal functional responsibilitiesResponsible for coordinating the Business Unit FP&A processes and ensuring the successful completion of requirements for Copeland’s reporting cycle.Review and consolidate IMEA entities' forecasts, rigorously assessing risks and opportunities for P&L and Cash flow.Prepare and present meeting slides, and support staff during closing and forecast reviews with the President and US headquarters.Load external adjustments to Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) as the need arises.Assist in P&L analysis and prepare management reports for meetings.Conduct day-to-day analysis and review of ad-hoc inquiries, resolving the best course of action.Efficiently implement additional projects as assigned to support the overarching goals of Copeland.Experience / skillsHandle several projects simultaneously, demonstrating outstanding accounting and financial analysis skills.Diligent, with leadership and capabilities, projecting presence and integrity.Hardworking teammate capable of articulating ideas clearly and concisely to all levels of management!Able to work independently, leading multiple tasks and demonstrating critical thinking to plan work schedules within required timelines.Excellent interpersonal skills with sensitivity to cross-cultural environments. Proficiency in English is required.Strong proficiency in business systems, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Proven understanding of Oracle and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) applications is highly desirable.Education / qualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance or Accounting with 7 to 10 years of multifaceted experience in a corporate or business unit accounting and reporting environment.CPA or MBA or equivalent experience preferred, showcasing a dedication to continuous professional development and excellence in the field.Our Commitment to Our People
