POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst works closely with BrassCraft’s FP&A team, VP-Finance, and the broader Senior Leadership Team to provide analytical support and monitoring in the achievement of financial objectives. This role will require strong analytical skills, knowledge of GAAP, and a continuous improvement mindset as they work collaboratively across many areas of the organization to build relationships and assist in forward thinking.

This is a hybrid position based out of Novi, MI.

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Help drive financial reporting across the organizationAssist with the development and maintenance of reporting and analytical toolsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities. Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-over-year variance analysisCompile and analyze financial reports that indicate trends, helping to identify any potential deviations from plan, quantify financial impact, and provide recommendationsCross-collaborate with partners in sales, marketing, engineering, and other functional teamsCreate documentation of current and new financial data and analytics processesAdhoc proforma analysis

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field3 years of experience in financial analysisAdvanced Excel and financial modelling skills 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Manufacturing company experience

Hiring Range: $53,800.00 - $84,480.00

Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
