FAO & Fiduciary Finance Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collect, inspect, and interpret financial data. Each day, you will update budgets and forecasting models and identify trends and problems. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating in-sights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial perfor-mance and optimize business outcomes. The work model for the role is: #LI Onsite, #LI - Hybrid This role is contributing to the ABB Services - Financial Planning and Analysis in Bangalore. You will be mainly accountable for: •\tInspection of business performance versus plan and proposing improve-ment actions. Performing benchmarking of key performance indicators with industry contestant and similar businesses within ABB. •\tWorking with management team to understand and examine drivers of fi-nancial performance and identifying market trends. •\tPreparing financial modeling for various hypotheses and inspecting impact to the organization and validating the accuracy of financial data and busi-ness information and reporting through reconciliation and review of excep-tions. •\tAssessment of business performance versus budget and forecast and pro-poses improvement actions. Knowledge of Accounting, allocation, and re-porting of functional costs. •\tPlanning and preparation of Budgets. Works with the management team to know and examine the drivers of financial performance and identify trends. •\tPrepares financial modelling for various “what if” scenarios and the overall impact to organization. Financial Reporting. Preparation of relevant organi-zation financial reporting, business planning, budgeting and forecasting. •\tValidates accuracy of financial data and business information and reports by performing reconciliations and review of exceptions. Information and com-munication. Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data preparing reports, making presentations of findings and recommendations. •\tOptimizes own performance to increase productivity by developing auto-mated solutions, eliminating duplications, coordinating information re-quirements. Qualifications for the role

\tPossess an enhanced knowledge SAP Module\tGood Experience in MS Office\tBachelor’s or master’s degree in a Finance or Accounting, CMA/CA/ MBA Finance\t3+ or more year experience in Financial Planning and Analysis pre-ferred.\tExcellent communication skills
