What you’ll be doing:

Research complex financial issues independently and present structured solutions to senior leadershipApply deep knowledge of financial analysis techniques to deliver high-quality insights that drive business decisionsDemonstrate comprehensive understanding of business drivers impacting performance and profitabilityAdvise directors and senior leaders on financial best practices to enhance decision-making processesEstablish departmental budgets, consistently meet targets, and identify operational efficienciesLead the development and enhancement of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling frameworksOversee the production of strategic financial reports with accountability for accuracy and business impactDesign sophisticated dashboards and analytics that connect financial metrics to business strategyTransform complex financial data into compelling narratives that influence executive decisionsManage and coach a team of financial analysts, providing structured performance feedback and career developmentDrive team training initiatives and establish knowledge management systems within the finance functionFacilitate cross-functional collaboration to implement process improvements and automation initiativesLead stakeholder management across business lines to drive innovative financial solutionsEstablish methodologies for measuring ROI and evaluating strategic investmentsCommunicate project status effectively to senior leadership, escalating issues requiring attentionDevelop strong working relationships with peers across the organization and with external partnersThink strategically about long-term financial planning and serve as a trusted business advisorManage conflicting priorities effectively while maintaining focus on critical deliverablesLead cross-functional adoption of new processes using collaboration and influencing skillsTake accountability for financial deliverables and timely completion of departmental initiativesProactively identify opportunities to advance the finance function and develop new capabilities

We’re looking for someone who has: 

CA with 8+ years’ experience in Financial Planning & Analysis 

Preferred candidates also have: 

Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skillsProven understanding of GAAP in constructing financial modeling and reportsHands on experience in planning, reporting and data analysisPrior experience in providing decision support to business unit leadership or/and operations leaders including IT, HR, or MarketingExperience in analyzing financial data and conducting presentations to leadershipKnowledge of planning systems and advanced use of excelAttention to details, synthesize, summarize data and present analysis in concise, insightful mannerSelf-starter and problem solverEffective communicator and team playerComfortable work independently
