As a Financial Planning Coordinator, you will be at the heart of delivering critical financial reports and analysis that support strategic decisions at the sector level. You will oversee the consolidation of Latin America’s Profit and Loss Statements, Net Operating Profit Before Tax, and other ad-hoc reports, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, you'll contribute to the preparation of financial forecasts and evaluate monthly performance, identifying variances against the plan and forecast while communicating key drivers to senior management. This role also ensures Service Level Agreements are met in alignment with team goals. Your Impact As a Financial Planning Coordinator, your responsibilities will include: Delivering top-tier service to clients by meeting Service Level Agreements and supporting Latin America’s financial planning and reporting processes. Assisting the Andean financial planning and analysis and category finance teams in creating monthly closing, forecasting, and annual operating plan reports, identifying key profit and loss drivers, and providing timely, accurate information for decision-making. Leading and actively participating in Andean optimization projects, showcasing a proactive approach to process improvement. Driving the Andean market business strategy agenda by ensuring timely and precise delivery of reports such as the topline tracker, innovation tracking, and net revenue realization. Coordinating regular sessions with stakeholders to align on priorities, ongoing projects, and team goals. Managing the consolidation of net operating profit before tax and topline performance for all Andean markets (Foods), ensuring accurate, timely insights for commercial finance teams to enable informed decisions. Financial planning experience Quick/Self learner and curiousity to explore new ways to manage tools and processes.
