Essential Duties In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to: Schedule impactful meetings with financial professionals to ensure efficient collaboration. Communicate effectively through email, phone, and in-person interactions, building strong relationships along the way. Manage multiple systems and stay on top of billed hours with precision and accuracy. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions that make a difference. Education & Experience The ideal candidate would possess an entry level of experience, typically around 1-2+ years of experience in administrative and/or support roles. Financial Industry Experience is a plus. Compensation: $42,000-$50,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
