Responsibilities Provides direct assistance in the planning, organizing, and directing, financial operations of the Defense Health Agency Health Information Technology Directorate and its subordinate entities. Establishes standard budget/financial structures and schedules. Engages in continuous process improvement activities, highlighting process gaps, non-value-added activities, or specific lessons learned or improvement opportunities related to overall resource management effectiveness across the entire organization. Coordinates and prepares assigned risk assessments and internal control reviews for areas of responsibility, ensures management controls are in place and working.
