The Program Manager will be the leader responsible for planning, executing and closing the digital transformation program of the insurer's operational processes. This crucial role requires a professional with proven experience in managing large-scale and complex multi-year programs, preferably in the insurance sector, with a focus on process optimization, change management and customer satisfaction. Key Responsabilities: Alignment/rescheduling of the project plan, including schedule, budget, resources, risks and communication. Definition, documentation and control of the project scope, including change management. Monitoring the project schedule, identifying deviations and applying corrective measures. Control of the project budget, analysis of deviations and optimization of resources. Implementation of quality control mechanisms to ensure that the project meets the defined standards. Identification, analysis and management of project risks, including the development of contingency plans. Establishing effective communication channels between project stakeholders. Identifying, analyzing, and managing the expectations of project stakeholders. Coordinating and supervising suppliers involved in the project in conjunction with internal POs. As a Program Manager, you will bring a combination of strategic vision, leadership, and execution excellence to drive the success of multiple initiatives. Your ability to align cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and optimize resources will be key in ensuring that business goals are met efficiently and effectively. + Must have experience in financial services sector / insurance + English Advance + Must be certified project management professional (PMP) + Must have a certified (ISO 9001). + Supervising the implementation of new operational processes and data migration + Knowledge on reporting tools and the ability to present periodic progress reports with key performance indicators (KPIs). + Knowledge on Change Management: Ensuring the adoption of new processes by users.
