As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Securities Services Product Development – Financial and Regulatory Reporting team, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. You will work closely with technology, operations, product, and sometimes clients to develop strategic products for the business. You will play a key role in requirement gathering and analysis, contributing to the development of market-leading products that enhance client satisfaction and support sustainable business growth.
Job responsibilitiesPartner closely with Securities Services teams, clients, and internal business partners to support and grow our product offerings.Engage in the design and implementation of Financial Reporting Product Development strategic roadmap.Provide project management of various new and ongoing financial reporting projects, including the identification, analysis, and solutions required.Communicate progress of the projects with all levels of the organization to keep team members and leadership apprised of progress, challenges, and escalations as required.Facilitate the delivery of robust, scalable technology aligned with the strategic roadmap to meet clients’ needs.Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of current operational models and associated priorities for change and strategic planning.Build a working relationship with the business and other stakeholders across multiple lines of business, providing thought leadership, developing options, and recommendations.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skillsMinimum 4 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product development or a relevant domain areaStrong analytical skills, able to translate complex issues and other input into actions.Program management experience with both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.Strong execution skills, strategic thinking, and accountability to drive and implement development.Strong independent contributor comfortable working in a self-directed mode on multiple assignments.Strong written and presentation skills, and willing to constructively challenge where required and work collaboratively with partners.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDeveloped knowledge of the product development life cycleProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Visio and Project.Client-facing experience is an asset.Experience working with technology and operations teams.
