Job Description

Responsibilities

Execute and ensure that the control environments are accurate and in compliance with local (EUI/French )accounting standards and reporting requirements.Fully responsible for the statutory financial statements (EU/French) and the oversight for other compliance requirements in-country such as VAT compilations etc.Prepare audit schedules for both local statutory (EU/French) audits and USGAAP auditsImplement consistent global accounting policies and procedures within the regional entitiesCreate processes around areas of responsibility to ensure accurate and timely reporting of resultsProvide ad hoc financial analysis support to the Finance team and business as the need arisesPerform balance sheet reviews and report on monthly income statement analyticsLiaise with stakeholders to discuss and resolve complex accounting issuesLiaise with business owners to ensure that processes and deadlines are clearly understoodCollaborate to support the development of processes that are scalable to cater for Insightsoftware’s growth, including future expansion into new locationsOther ad hoc duties as identified by the center of excellence management team

Qualifications

Qualifications/ Requirements
Minimum qualifications:

Qualified accountant with 5+ years of accounting experience, Big 4 accounting experience preferred with Knowledge of French GAAP will be added advantageExcellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively with all levels both within and outside the company.Ability to communicate freely verbally and in writing in English (Other European/French language will be an advantage)

Preferred qualifications:

Mix of Big 4 and industry experience in Accounting , Audit & Compliance.Experience with NetSuite/SalesforceSoftware industry experience preferredAble to work UK time zone
