Kimley-Horn is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Raleigh, North Carolina (NC) office! This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities Perform detailed analysis of financial results, explaining variances and trends, and provide financial insights to help management make informed decisions.Apply accounting principles to analyze financial data, record and reconcile transactions, and assist in the preparation of financial reports.Research proper accounting treatment in accordance with GAAP, as needed.Collaborate with other finance and functional teams to perform expense reviews and forecast annual operating spend.Prepare for and support the annual business planning process, including operating and capital plans.Lead the year-end review which includes the preparation of external financial statements and cash flows, consolidating entries, and financial workpapers.Ensure successful implementation of new accounting standards, as necessary.Perform ad hoc projects as requested. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related fieldCPA certification3+ years of relevant financial reporting, accounting, or finance experience, preferably with experience in Public Accounting Why Kimley-Horn?
